What is my BMI, do I sleep 7-8 hours a night, and how about 10,000 steps a day? Already feeling defeated? Then I read in Web MD " Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and the two often go hand-in-hand." Guess that tells me feeling defeated is not helping out in any area of my life. So what's the plan. Eat, drink, and be merry. Eat healthy food, drink water and move. The sleep thing may require a little work, perhaps it may be just a matter of letting go. I love simplicity! Simple does not mean easy, just not complicated.
I will start right after this cup of bean juice.
This tells me, that we need to take it one step at a time. I think that saying that says something like, one good/healthy choice leads to more good/healthy choices. And a body in motion stays in motion and a body at rest stays at rest is so true.
